What does TRP stand for?

When TRP first started in 1994, it originally stood for “Truck Related Parts.” Today, TRP stands for much more: TRP stands for quality, value, respect, and trust. How did TRP get started?

TRP started out in 1994 with a small line of trailer parts sold by truck dealers in Europe. It grew to include a full line of quality truck and bus parts that were priced competitively and exceeded the expectations of the aftermarket customer. TRP is now available around the world representing a full line of high quality aftermarket trucking products for commercial equipment including trucks, trailers, buses, engines and winches. The goal remains to offer a full line transportation parts for all-makes that exceed customer expectations for quality, reliability and value.

Why should I buy TRP parts?

TRP offers customers a new standard of quality and value for all ages and all makes of trucks, trailers, buses, engines and winches. TRP parts are built and tested for performance that exceeds customer expectations, and they’re backed by an industry-leading National Warranty.

Do I need to have a business to buy TRP parts?

TRP stores are open to the public. You do not need to have a business to buy from TRP.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, standard credit and debit cards, and verified business checks. We also have open credit accounts available to those who qualify.

Can I open an account with TRP?

Yes, TRP welcomes customers to apply for an open credit account. We also offer the option to have a representative visit your facility to tailor a parts program that fits your needs. Please contact us to learn more.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do offer bulk discount pricing for large purchases. We often purchase items by the truckload and can pass the savings on directly to our customers. This is your opportunity to stock up and save.

Do you deliver parts?

Yes, we can deliver parts directly to you.

Can you ship parts?

Yes, we can ship parts directly to you. Freight charges may apply. Please contact us for more information.

How do I become a TRP distributor?

We are not seeking new TRP distributors at this time. If you’d like to be considered for future expansion opportunities, please submit information about your business through the TRP feedback form.

How do I become a TRP supplier?

We are not seeking new suppliers at this time. If you’d like to be considered for future opportunities, please submit detailed information about your business as well as specific part number(s) through the TRP feedback form.

How do I return or exhange an item?

We will do our very best to accommodate you, but each situation is different, and for obvious reason, there are some items cannot be returned or exchanged, like electronics. Please promptly visit the TRP parts store location you originally made your purchase at with your item(s) and the original receipt/invoice. Follow the same procedure if your request is due to a defect or premature failure, it may be covered under the warranty.
